- Coachable???
From: Inspiration for Work and Life GIVEMORE Coachable?
In my e-mails this morning, was a message that had a link to an article on being approachable. The advice given was to allow yourself to be coachable. The Christian has no choice in this matter. We have Accepted our Coach and live by the Rules He Provides. The Christian, who is truly living the Christian life, doesn’t have to be coached on what to do. Yeshua’s Voice, through the Ruach Ha Kodesh, is always there to Guide. To Listen to any other person and follow their lead is to put yourself in jeopardy of being led astray. Granted, Yeshua does speak through others at times, but the key here is to Acknowledge that it is Yeshua, and only Yeshua, whom you Follow. Who is getting the credit for your life and the way you live it?
We must be Grateful for the Abundance God Provides. Abundance is having what you need to survive. Abundance is not always what we would desire it to be. Abundance has been a bag of instant oatmeal that had to last as sustenance for over 2 weeks. Abundance has been water from industrial lawn sprinklers. Abundance has been a brand new black Chevy Blazer! Abundance has been a 3 bedroom apartment with a screened in porch and extra bathroom just for my cat! Abundance has been fitting a 2 bedroom apartment full of furniture into one bedroom to live for awhile. These are just a few examples. You, too, have examples of what Abundance has been for you.
Abundance will go away if we do not remain Faithful to the Lord we have chosen to Follow. Remember, Abundance is what we need to survive, not necessarily in the style of which we are accustomed. In Hebrews, we are told that we cannot Crucify Yeshua a second time. So, if we choose to follow someone or something else, we have mocked the life that Yeshua has Promised. To attempt to Crucify Him a second time leads to Apostacy. Thank God for our Spiritual Christian brothers and sisters who Share in the Spiritual aspects of the Crucifixion of Yeshua Ha Machiach, for they intercede for us and keep us from Crucifying Him again. These Blessed Christians are truly living under the Grace of God. The pain and suffering caused by Sharing Spiritual burdens immense, but to Share in the Crucifixion is more than a human being can endure on his own. Increasing Spirituality diminishes the effect of pain on the body. You still know the pain is there, but you no longer feel it to a point of affecting your ability to function. Enduring the pain, leads to personal gain. This is the gain Paul spoke of in his reference to running the race.
In Return for Loyalty to the One who Loves you, Blessings will abound. There is no loss for laughter. There is no fear of starvation. There is Forever a Roof over your head. The Greatest Blessing of all?! Living under the Grace of God… The cat just fell from the top of the boxes! Guess it’s time to rearrange the current Abundance!
