If you take a good look at the quality of a company, you will uncover the ethics behind its hiring practices. To put it simply, who is in charge of bringing in the talent needed to do the job. Most companies have instituted human resources departments. The human resources employees look nice and make the management "happy", but they don’t have the experience, nor the expertise to hire anyone. Many of them are young women who are easily manipulated and naive. They only know the bullet points on the piece of paper they are given. From the descriptions of a job, the people in human resources are able to make or break the job market. Human Resources has caused this country's Excellence to bottom out into mediocrity.

With an in-depth study it can be proven that the ethics, morals, values and beliefs of our country’s corporations have gone to the dirt because of the effects of human resources on the job market. Very well qualified individuals go unemployed because they can be sifted out of the hiring process easily by human resources. Human resources will always hire the younger, less experienced and more closely associated to their own liking, as opposed to hiring the more qualified, more experienced and skilled, and rooted individuals. This practice of hiring who you like as opposed to who is the more qualified has led this country to near destruction because the middle class has all but been dissolved by unemployment.

I Guess we didn't learn our Lessons...

A look back to our past will prove this point. When our country was in its best days, managers and owners of companies hired the people who would work for them. The people hiring knew the people they took into their company and the quality of work their employees would produce. The workplace was like an extended family. Granted, not all families watch out for their members, but family was family. Company was company.

Today, a company is deemed good on the corporate scale if they employ a lot of people. Their ethics don’t matter, the values of their employees don’t matter and the belief system rooting the people within their organizations doesn’t matter. There is a corporation in this area that is high up on the most desirable places to work list. On paper the words describing this company are great. However, if you go work there for a day or two, you begin to notice trends. Employees are allowed to steal from the company recycle bins and go backs. Employees are allowed to lie, gossip, and spread innuendos freely. Quality people resources are turned away, because they would put a damper on the freedom to use the knife in another person’s back. The corporate office of this corporation has a terrible reputation when you get out in the field and talk to personnel at satellite locations. Some vendors refuse to work at the corporate location because of the terrible treatment their employees have had to endure. Game playing is not flattering to a corporation.

A house united will not fall. Sad to say, appearances do not give a house the structure to stand. Eventually, the corporation that is not united will fall like a house of cards. Those employees, hired by human resources employees who do not know quality experience and skills, will not show loyalty. It only takes one card to falter and the house falls. Without loyalty, any company is in trouble in the long term. Maturity and a knowledge of the position to be filled will bring loyalty back into our workplaces. Looking for qualities in job seekers that would allow them to grow into a job will bring stability back to our companies. Caring about people as though they are family will raise our country out of mediocrity back into Excellence. The quality of the company comes right back to its hiring practices.

Let us Remember what brought us to where we are today... and to Remember the definitions of Treason and Slavery.
