Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing

He wears the clothing of the sheep. You know! He’s the Christian preacher, perfect man type. We hear his sheep-like words and ignore the wolf'’s actions. He drives through town, walks the streets with his dog and approaches innocent women, or even other men, who are obviously homeless. We’ve all seen this type of man; although we don’t give what he is doing a second thought. Ignorance is bliss as we continue to accept this man’s words and ignore his actions.

Although men of this type always use the homeless to feed their own egos, line their own pockets and justify their ministry, their actual ways of accomplishing their feats are different. For example, one wolf in Washington would pick up women and offer to give them a place to live until they could get on their feet. His property had been turned into a trailer park with connections for sewer hookups, water and electric. He would accept donations from people; donations such as cars, food and clothing for the people he supposedly helped. The people never received the items. He kept them for his own purposes. Once he had used the people to the extent he could, he would put them off his property which opened up the spot for the next victim.

There was a wolf in King County who professed to help the homeless but actually took people who were struggling to survive and put them in the poor house and on the street. He promised employment, gave people work and then reneged on payment of wages. Everything was based on his ability to make payment of his bills. He promised to pay for work performed so the people could pay their bills. While their bills went to collection, income made on his construction projects went to paying his own bills, filling his own stomach and satisfying his own lifestyle.

The list will go on and on. There are wolves, so-called Christian men, in the state of Georgia who pick up women to have a sex filled week-end. Be careful stopping to use a phone or service station if you are walking. One particular man in Gwinnett County would take an unsuspecting woman home for the week-end to his house on the lake. Should she not agree to participate in the activities that were planned, he just brought in another woman and put the first one in a room supplied with self-service objects.

So, why do we allow these wolves to wear their sheep’s cloaks? We listen to them talk a real good version of the Message. Their sheep’s cloaks appear so white and nice, but when you look more closely you can see that they are really very dirty. They will even flaunt their “pastor’s papers” to prove their worthiness. The wolf is allowed the power to destroy another person’s ability to earn a living and leave them dependent upon the crumbs that the wolf provides.

How do I know that these wolves in sheep’s clothing exist? I spent 13 years collecting data on their activities first hand. In not one case, was I able to move back into a stable life with the help of the wolf. Only when I have relied on God Himself have I been able to gain employment that provided me a place to live, food to eat and stable income. God is the only One who keeps His Promises to give you Hope and a Future. God is the One who gives us the genuine Lamb.
